Alexey Vitalyevich Grevtsov

Deputy CEO Investment Projects Economics


Alexey Grevtsov graduated from the Institute of Economics and Law in 1996. He is an economist specialising in accounting and audit.

In the late 1990s, Mr Grevtsov served as Chief Economist at the State Precious Metals and Gems Repository of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. At the beginning of the 2000s, he worked for LLC Bazis and Company. Since 2002, he served as Head of the Department for Expert Economic Examinations at CJSC Center for Economic Examinations and Auditing Services Mosaudit and was responsible for developing feasibility studies for investment construction and reconstruction projects; setting starting prices for tenders and auctions for the construction of facilities of various designation; performing economic analysis of various projects, including those implemented on a public–private partnership basis; and evaluating proprietary rights in investment activities. He participated in the development of regulatory documents for various Departments of the city of Moscow, including the Methodology for Calculating Rent Rates subject to Collection during the First Year of Rent of a Land Plot, the Methodology for the Economic Stimulation of the Development of the Underground Area of the City of Moscow, and the Methodology for Calculating Compensation for Investors in Social, Transport, and Engineering Infrastructure during the Construction and Reconstruction of Non-Residential Facilities, etc.

Alexey Grevtsov worked as Project Office Head ‘Economic Expert Analysis’ in Moscow City Investment Agency since its inception in 2011. In 2018 appointed Deputy CEO Investment Project Economics.
