A new mechanism for placing non-permanent sports facilities in the capital has been introduced since the beginning of October. Now investors who already rent land plots from the city to operate existing non-residential buildings can create sports infrastructure on these sites. These facilities include outdoor and indoor ice rinks, fitness centers, soccer pitches, golf courses and ballparks.
